Mount Kit M57N & ZF Auto to TDCI

Suits M57N Ironblock engines engines (take note of the guidance below) and 6HP26/28x/8hp70x Gearbox.

Bolt in mount kit to suit a RHD Defender TDCI chassis using our 6/8hp to LT230 adapter (2025 version).

Includes engine and gearbox brackets.

These do not require any welding or cutting to the original chassis and can be used with the original prop shaft lengths.

Supplied with all bolts, fixings and transfer box rubbers required for fitting.

Mechanical competance is required for fitment of these mounts, please read the instrucions below and understand all aspects and requirements.

*Important Information*

This mount kit will not work with the standard M57N turbo in its standard location.

Option 1 – Have the turbo housing clocked and top mount the turbo.This will also require trimming the rocker cover and a custom oil feed pipe.

Option 2 – Fit the M57N2 tubo, exhaust manifold, oil feed and intake. This will also require wiring and ECU modifications to run the electronic turbo, but it is widely accepted as an upgrade.We recommend avoiding the E90 variant as it will not clear the AC pump.

Both options will require custom turbo oil drains.

The kit is not suitable for 306d3 twin turbo models.
