We own and operate the Website displaying automotive parts for sale and provide other services such as ECU services, immobiliser removal and tuning carried out by other companies. The Customer chooses a product or service, pays for it following the payment terms and online payment processes provided by Woocommerce and the Product is delivered by DHL.

We may be both a data controller and data processor of personal data and may have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our partners and affiliates if necessary to ensure that your data is handled appropriately, correctly and in compliance with the General Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect your data so you can register with us, buy our services or buy our products and have them delivered by a courier to your chosen address.  Payment details and information are collected securely by Woocommerce when they process your order. We may also need your contact details so we can email you with information about the products and services we think might interest you. Other third parties may also have access to your payment details to, for example, to carry out their legal responsibilities as an authority or organisation. As an example, when Woocommerce processes your payment they may send your data to reference agencies and also use the resulting information to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Your personal information such as, name and address will also be given to our delivery provider DHL who will bring your item to you. In certain situations, we may need to give your details to a supplier who will deliver an item to you directly.

You can ask us to provide you with information on what data we have stored about you. We will correct or delete data if you ask us unless we need it for legal reasons.

We will keep your personal information only as long as you are using our website to use our Services,. Also, for your convenience, we do not delete your data immediately after you have used our services in case you return to our website to buy another product. Once this period has finished we will delete your data by removing it from our server and systems, unless your data is contained in records we are required to retain for 6 years by HMRC or any other legal requirement.
